Eddy Segal’s portraits, photographs, collages and installations employ quotidian materials and personal talismans to inspect human anatomy, sexual intimacy and bodily transcendence. Her most recent projects explore psycho-symbolic mapping, using wedding dresses as canvas. Segal also co-curated the Whitney Houston Biennial, held in New York in 2014 and 2017. She holds degrees from Fordham University in both Anthropology and Photography. Segal lives and works in New York.
